You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. Because we begin processing your order immediately, it may not be possible to modify or cancel existing orders after 30 minutes of placement.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase from ecoblvdapparel.com, you can return your order to us for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of your purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Defective or Wrong Item Received
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us within 7-days of delivery if a defective or incorrect item was received. If we are not contacted until after the 7-day period regarding a defective or incorrect item received, the customer will not be eligible for a complimentary replacement.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until you obtain the RMA.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Clearance Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, clearance sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item with exceptions applied when exchanging an item due to product defects.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
